    Dear Forum,

    I am with 1und1 (German host) and I can’t seem to get access to the editor. Specifically: I am having problems with a Plugin, contacted the support and they said they will work it out for me but need full access to edit the Plugin. I am already in free mode so it should work.

    Anybody has an answer for me and a solution to the problem?

    Would appreciate quick help, this problem is annoying me for quite some time now and I can’t go on with my page unless I get this thing fixed…

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
