    Hi

I have set some manual tax rates for different countries in the Stripe options area, and the guidance leads me to believe that it should automatically trigger the tax information section to show on every pro-form. But at the moment it isn’t, the form just has the Stripe +Add billing and does not ask for the users location.

I tried emptying all the caches and looked for a bit of shortcode I might be missing but cant figure out why it isn’t working.

incidentally I managed to get it to show on an old IE8 browser but not sure how or why it doesn’t work on anything else.

You need to go into your Stripe account (not s2Member) and tell it to capture the buyer’s address. Stripe does not do this by default.

Thanks. I have gone into my Stripe account and told it to verify zipcode, I have also set the option in s2member to verify zipcode with Stripe, but the tax section is still hidden.

I can see it load and then disappear when its slow so I know its there but something is stopping it from being shown.

First, I’d suggest checking for a javascript conflict.

If you still can’t get it to work, I’d contact Pro support at s2member.com/contact
