Closed numerous bulk windows, now not working?

  • Hi there
    I *love* this plugin. It is exactly what I needed.
    But I have an issue.
    I was running like 4 of the bulk resizes in different tabs, and decided to close them to do another task.

    The problem is: now it will not bulk resize at all! It can find the images, but just is stuck and wont run the resize process. The bottom screen where it usually says “skipped” or “ok” is just dead blank. have waited 20 mins, still nada.

    What ive tried: deactivating plugin, reactivating: same problem
    deleting / reinstalling plugin: same problem
    even rebooted server, but still wont work. grr…

    Any advice on how to fix? thanks

  • Hmm have you tried re-running it? it should just find whatever images haven’t been processed already even if you ran it half-way before. Running it it multiple tabs, though, i wouldn’t recommend just because it might wind up resizing the same images multiple times.

    yes i have tried re-running it. it does not work.

    it finds the images, but when i click “resize checked images” i get no activity.

    if you use chrome, maybe you could open up the developer console and see if there’s a debug message being sent. there’s probably an error happening on the back end and so the bulk resizer is crashing
