Pagination Won't Work?

This is an unusual behavior. Most probably your theme or other plugin is modifying the query. Can’t tell without checking the wp-admin.

I am having the same issue. Has this been resolved?

Well, this happens only when other plugin or theme override the query wrong way. There’s no solution to resolve this unless a custom fix, sorry ??
