Mobile site does not have the customizr theme

Hello all,
I am having a weird situation. I am running the latest customizr theme 3.2.5 & WP 4.0.1. The site is working normally on any PC or MAC having the theme and all the new features.

However, when I check the website on mobile devices or small screen device such as iPad mini, I get the standard WP blue/white theme. No customizr theme whatsoever even if I select view full site. I cleared the browser cache and everything. Yet nothing is working. Same WP white & blue theme on any mobile device such as iPhone 4S, 5, & Samsung Galaxy S4, & Note 3.
