Doesn't work with WP Courseware

I had the same issue, I swapped out ultimate taxonomy manager with simple taxonomy, then made sure to tell the simp tax settings to no rewrite the URL. I think this part was key. WP Coursware rely’s on the URL permalink to be %postname%. I thing the ultimate Taxonomy manager was rewritting. Maybe UTM had that same setting, but I like the simple taxonomy one better.
