    Hi,
    Thanks for your query. The “Apply Discount, if discounted Regular Price Less than Sale Price” setting works a bit differently from your expectation. It does not apply based on whether the Regular Price is less than the Sale Price. Rather, it applies based on whether the Rule Discounted Regular Price is less than the Sale Price – so it applies the rule discount to the Regular Price, then checks to see if that discounted amount is less than the Sale price. If that is true, it uses that computed discount as the discounted price – but otherwise the Sale Price remains in force.

    Right,

    is there any way to apply only the pricing deal discount instead the pricing deal dicount + the product discount?

    Assuming you’re still asking about a product which is on sale using normal woocommerce sale pricing, here’s the documentation:
