• Hi everyone, I’m sure this must be a stupid question, as I’ve found nothing on the Forum.

When I search amazon products the” bulk import window ” with all the results , is half hidden behind the “amazon import settings” window , it looks as if its just too big, this of course makes it virtually impossible too upload products.

Can anyone help please, it was working well yesterday.

    Thankyou
    Phill

No one has an idea of what you’re talking about. A plugin? A theme?

Sorry Grizzly, this is a hard learning curve for someone of my age .

I’m working with shopperpress and adding items to my astore from Amazon ,with the amazon import tool version 6.6.7 ,that comes with shopper press.

The tool is found right at the bottom of the Theme options menu.

This tool consists of three windows, the “bulk import window”, the “Amazon import settings” window and the “auto update settings” window.

When I search for products and a list of products found, in the “bulk import window,” that list of products is half hidden, by the other two windows , making it impossible to save the products required.

I have found no way to solve this and presume it must need either the plugin replaced
or some hard code changing, unfortunately I can’t find the plugin elsewhere and know nothing about hard code.

    Thanks
    Phill

Sorry, but you’re using shopperpress, which is a premium/paid plugin. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the plugin for help with customizations and issues. They will be able to help. You paid for support when you bought the products, so you should contact the developers.

WordPress is free, but shopperpress is a paid plugin that runs on WordPress and is not part of WordPress.
