Jetpack Tiled Galleries Not Working

  • Hello,

    It seems that my Jetpack tiled galleries are not working even when the “Enable Virtue Galleries to override WordPress” is deactivated. I cant seem to figure out the issue here.

  • can you post a link? If the theme galleries are off there shouldn’t be anything hindering the jetpack gallery. Do you have everything up to date?

    Everything is up to date as well. I have tried turning off and on plug-ins but nothing seems to fix the issue.

    I have tested and you can turn the virtue gallery off? you sure you have the jetpack gallery set up?

    I have the virtue gallery turned off and the jetpack gallery set up correctly. This post had the tiled galleries working previously. I can try turning off and on some plug-ins to see if anything changes.

    So the plug-in that was causing the issue was the Virtue/Pinnacle Toolkit plug-in. Nothing else has changed since the update so maybe this is just an isolated incident?

    Is this plug-in necessary to optimize the site?

    Hey suboy7, virtue/pinnacle toolkit plugin is necessary for any shortcodes and for portfolio post type. Although it controls, gallery grid, you should be able to turn this off. I would reactivate, make sure the virtue gallery is set to off in your theme options, and clear your cache.
