    I wanted to contact a “happy” engineer but there is no contact number nor does that chat box seem to exist in the “lower right corner”. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

    We have a client that uses your service and when submitting through the web form they always go to spam. I saw it show SPF NONE..

    Is there a list of IPs I require to add to Postini as safe?

    Received-SPF: none (google.com: [email protected] does not designate permitted sender hosts) client-ip=205.186.154.78;

    Hi spfman,

    SPF can be tricky sometimes to configure.

    By the information you sent, there isn’t any SPF record registered in the DNS records of the respective domain, and that probably the main reason why the emails go straight into the spam folder.

    In order to solve this, you have to find what is the domain registrar’s site or company in which the respective domain was registered.

    You have to access the domain interface where it is possible to change the DNS zone records for the respective domain, and include the spf record for this domain. Something like this:

    v=spf1 a mx ip4:[IP] ~all

    changing [IP] to the IP number of the server which sends the emails. Anyway, this is just an example.

    Just as information, the kind of record (A, CNAME etc) for spf records is TXT

    Obs: you have to configure the spf carefully in order not to jeopardize the deliverability of the emails for this domain.

    You can find more information about spf configuration here:

    https://www.openspf.org

    Hope this helps and give you the right direction.

    Thanks, Marcus!

    Unfortunately it’s e-mail coming in from another domain that I would not have access to.. I guess the thought here now would be that when they are using this website form it’s on their end in which the e-mails are not coming through as they do not have an SPF record themselves. We have them setup on all of our domains already.

    I’ll have to research further, I actually thought it was an issue on the wordpress side of things. Thanks.
