    Hi all,

    I have a problem with the mobile view of the customizr.
    Everything work and shows great but there is a problem with menus that contain sub-menus.

    I can not reach the page that should open when touching the sub-menu itself.
    Former versions worked but with 3.2.5 this option does not work anymore.

    Does anybody has the same effect and what is the wprkaround?

    P.S. Nicholas, i’ve tested the demo-site, as proposed by you, from my android phone. Same problem.

    same problem here and I’m really lost now. I really would have liked to use the snippet mentioned for earlier versions but I encountered the same problems already mentioned (carat icon placed below the menu entry).

    So I’m back with the solution to put links as main menu entries. Unfortunately this has the effect that my breadcrumb is no longer useful as the main menu entries do not show up as structuring elements. So I will need to remove the breadcrumb as well. ??

    If anybody could make the the snippet work with the latest version it would be a very big help. This was exactly the behaviour I was looking for.

    Hi rdell,

    any news regarding this issue?
    We would like to launch our new site but the problem with the mobile version is still nagging.
    I saw you released two updates since my first mail but none of them addressed my problem.

    When do you think the problem vanishes?

    it is now a month ago that I posted the problem I have found and still there is no resolution. ??
    I’ve updated to the last 3.2.9 and still hoped you resolve our problem.

    Please, please!

    It makes the mobile version unusable.

    That should be fixed in 3.2.9.
    With what kind of mobile dev doesn’t work for you?
    Same thing on the demo site?
    Any chance to see your site?

    szabadkai, if you click two times on the menu item My Account (which is a parent), from a mobile dev you should reach the page.
    Can you confirm this?

    Hi d4z_c0nf,

    it is not fixed with 3.2.9, which is installed on my site: https://www.luxury-tuscany.events.
    Desktop browsing works fine but not mobile.

    I am using android 4.4 and Chrome but it is the same on iphone.

    The same on the demo site.

    My site has the address i pointed out before.

    i copied the files you provided and it works fine now.

    Well it’s a plug-in it will stay. That’s the problem :D.
    I mean, since it uses a modified version of tc-scripts.min.js you will lose any further Nicolas’ addition in the next releases.
    Anyway the fix I gave you should be included in the next theme release (in truth we thought we already fixed it, the code I provided you is the first version of the fix, then we changed it a bit, but clearly we made wrong tests, sorry).
    I’ll keep you updated here.

    Hi d4z_c0nf,

    I just updated the theme to the latest version right now and you patch has gone and the problem returned.

    I will re-install your patch but this is not comfortable at all.

    Still hope the next version will install the proper solution.

    download my patch again, I’ve made some changes.
    What do you mean with “has gone”?
    Look that since our last “conversation” no new customizr versions have been released, but probably you hadn’t downloaded the 3.1.10 yet.

    Hi d4z_c0nf,

    WordPress offered me to update to 3.1.10 and i did it earlier today.
    Thats why the initial problem reappeared.
    I reinstalled your file (tc-scripts.min.js) into following path
    wordpress/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/assets/js and the problem disappered. Was that wrong?

    What should I do with the file tc-script-patch.php?

    Ah alright, that’s the problem. ??
    Well that file (you have to download as zip) is a plug-in.
    You have to install it as plug-in and activate it.
    That’s why I did it in this way, ’cause you didn’t have to re-install it every time.
