Newsletter signup – post variables to proprietary email service

  • If my redirect url contains variables eg name and email, will they get posted to the url for newsletter signup then go to a thank you page for example if my link is like this: lnk.abc.com?fname=<firstname>&redirecturl=abcthankyou

    so when someone completes the form and presses submit i want it load the url, post the name and email address to the newsletter signup and redirect to the thank you page.

    Can your form do this?
