How to add a read more link to footer?

  • Hello, I’d like to add a “read more” link to the list of references in the footer section instead of creating a page for it. How do I do it? ?? (It HAS to be in the footer, it’s a school requirement).

    I figured out a way to resize the text and spacing and as well as make it show up in certain pages instead of all of them.

    But I’d still like to know how to do this for future reference.
