email confirmation

  • I do not get no message. I purchase one product from my new website and i got confirmation. but i never got an email whatsoever. Would you please help?

    Hi lizzym,

    Did you check to make sure that the email didn’t go into your spam folder?

    Can you also check with your host and see if they blocked the email for some reason? There are some hosts that, for instance, will block emails being sent using wp_mail. So you might double check with them and see what they have to say.
