Change Blogroll to Links on sidebar on WordPress 3.1

    I have just updated to WordPress 3.1 and find I can not find the code to change category titles such as “Blogroll” to “Links”. I checked and find that links.php no longer exists and sidebar.php no longer shows category heads. I assume the new update has changed where heads now reside in another php file. Suggestions?
