Your attitude to support is frankly the worst I have had the misfortune to experience.
I am not sure what more do you want us to do, we are helpless to support you if you don’t share specific information about the error or give us access to the site/installation that is causing the error so we can investigate
First off all you have started a support thread in the Smarticons for WordPress free version, we cannot provide support as quickly as we would have given to the PRO version. That is why we have specifically included the contact info for PRO support at the bottom of PRO plugins admin page in WordPress.
Here are the things we have done to resolve the issue since then.
- We tested our plugin with the plugins you said were conflicting and found them to be working perfectly fine.
- We asked you to give me PHP Error Log
- We pointed our that you haven’t even activated the plugin yet as per our licens log.
- We also tried going through the troubleshooting procedure by asking you to check whether the visual editor is on or off.
We do not wish to continue to deal with you nor your product and I would like a refund. Please arrange.
Nope, we cannot issue a refund without at-least a chance to investigate the issue. Just give us your contact E-mail we will resolve this issue for you or we could E-mail you to your Paypal ID.
