We have received complaints that our customers cannot view our site. Their operating systems and browsers all vary. Most come to what they call a ‘blank’ page. An image received once was just our background with none of our blog posts shown. One recently signed up to receive notifications of new posts via email and she clicked on our link and said that the link ‘went dead.’ This particular user has Windows 7 and is using Google Chrome, but as I said, the people experiencing this issue have operating systems that vary and their browsers vary. We have tried recreating these issues here but have not been able to.

    Please help!

Also, I’m not sure if this is related but often, when our users go to visit our blog and see their posts, they are not seeing today’s posts, they’re seeing older ones. Usually a few days old.

I just went to the URL in the link you provided and I got a page not found (which was a blank page)

If I take the /wp off of the URL that you provided, it loads just fine.

So first make sure you’re giving people the right URL.

    Hi Matt,

Thanks. Unfortunately, although I gave you the wrong URL because I was logged into WordPress, I am not the one sending out the emails from WordPress to inform our customer of new blog posts.

Here is the correct URL: https://blog.sizzix.com/

Now, I really need some help to find out why, when my contributors go to the Sizzix Blog that they’ve either bookmarked or just straight typed in, they either get a blank page (i.e. just the burlap-looking background, no posts) or they see posts from a few days ago and not the most updated posts.

I am not seeing the issue but that does not mean other are not going to. Are you using a performance cache plugin?

    Hello Justin,

Yes, we are. WP Super Cache.
