Jetpack's Photon module breaks custom links

Just a heads-up that Jetpack’s Photon module (which caches images on the WP cloud to reduce server load) looks to be using the same action hook as this plugin, with the result that the custom links are replaced with links to the Jetpack cached images (at least with ‘link to file’ in the gallery shortcode).
