hanging at 0/102 after three days

    this seems to be a common problem but i’ve tried everything i can find listed as a solution here and am getting nowhere.

    have cleared all account information and started from scratch twice.

    am persistently visiting and refreshing the site.

    have waited three days now to not even see one post transfer. can someone help me de-bug this in some way, if indeed it is a bug? or de-bug my user error if not?
