Hybrid Connect Error: Connector Could Not Be Found

Same error showing on pages but i got a form on the side bar which is working fine.

I send a support ticket and received a file asking to replace hybridconnect.php

I found that making some permissions changes in the .htaccess file did the trick for the side bar, but not for the shortcode in the body of the post.

I’m having the same issues. My sidebar opt in’s are fine, but the shortcodes aren’t working. Anyone have a fix for this yet? I’m using Genesis also, btw. Parallax Pro.

Send a support ticket to hybrid connect and you will be getting a zip file from them.
Extract the file and replace with hybrid connect.php in your site.
If you don’t mind I can send you the file if you drop me your email to me.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
