Version 4x having issues on upgrade from 2.7×

    Hi,

    We purchased the pro version after you indicated that it has the capability of tracking the downloaded file info, however, on upgrading, now we can not seem to migrate the file data to the new one and it seem not to have any data. We have even installed the migrate to 4 plugin and it seems not to work.

    What are we doing wrong?
