Problems exporting my own theme

Hi, I have exported my Theme AND Data from my current server to my new self hosted server and I seem to be having trouble on my new server.

Here is my old server:

the theme, while not finished on anything but the home page, is working.

as you can see, the facebook widget at the top and the slider is not longer working.
How could I go about fixing this?

I’m fairly new to wordpress.
