Please help – my theme support sucks :)

Hello,
First, let me apologize for bugging you when I am sure you are quite busy. I have a project due beginning of December that has been a disaster thus far. One of the smaller but important issues is that I cannot get your wonderful plugin to work with my theme due to a conflict. I used it with a different setup (that I wish had worked out) and it worked perfectly. But, no luck with what I am forced to use.

I am using the WPLMS theme and your plugin is conflicting with their custom menu file.

So, I have created Pastebin’s for the three php files that might be the culprit.
