    Hi Joseph,

I think it probably has to do with the latest update that was released. PayPal has been making adjustments to smooth out the process of this POODLE thing, and now the update that I released (which they recommended) is actually causing more harm than good for some people.

If you want to submit a ticket here and provide FTP login credentials for your site I’ll jump in there and fix it for you real quick.

I’ll be releasing another update later today that should resolve all of this once and for all.

I’m going to close this ticket here, but I’ll work with you directly through the ticket at my system.

Ticket submitted thanks so much for the quick service!

I am have the same type of issue, I am trying a test purchase and get the Username/Password is incorrect. This is a brand new user, so there should be nothing incorrect.

    Please advise?

    Hi Jim,

So are you getting the empty response, or an actual error about the username and password?

yes I am, I just received a payment of $2490 and now have to call customer to manually input card info to paypal.

Which one, though? Are you getting a blank response or an actual error? Do you have logging enabled? Can you provide the logs?

I just pushed another update (1.1.5.3) that would resolve any issues you’re having with cURL, which could cause the empty result.

Please run that update and let me know if you still have problems.
