Admin login page not loading after upgrade to 4.0

I upgraded my friends site to 4.0 today but now I am unable to get to the admin login page. I enter the correct URL https://www.degravellespr.com/wp-login.php but it just brings up the website. Additionally when I click the login link from the services page, it jumps to the website like it is hiding this webpage. I thought maybe I needed to use https but that wasn’t it. How can you get to the admin page if it won’t load?
