Website's Layout Deformed After Some Time

  • Hello.
    I have been using this plugins for long and all was fine, but when I changed my website theme I had a problem with its layout.
    Im not 100% sure its caused by the plugin, but when I clean the cache my website looks fine again.

    My website’s layout on some posts (and sometimes the homepage too) become deformed like this :

    But when I clean the cache, website looks fine again, this its normal layout:

    After some time.. the website’s layout become deformed again, and I have to clean the cache again to fix it, this keep happening again and again..

    Im thinking maybe Im doing something wrong in w3’s settings ?
    Any idea please what could cause this ?
