    Hi all,

I can’t find my issue anywhere.

When I first started my blog, my homepage/static frontpage was just the default.

Somewhere along the line, my homepage (www.bcrealestateinvestor.ca) got added as a Page in the Page category.

    I hate this very much.

Because it is now a “Page” there is always a stupid “-” in front of the “BC Real Estate Investor” site title when you look at the browser tab.

I don’t like the “-” in front of my Site Title.

I don’t want my homepage/static front page to be a separate page, I just want what the default is.

I am afraid to delete the Page (www.bcrealestateinvestor.ca) because I am afraid I will never be able to find my homepage again.

But I don’t like it as it’s own page. I just want the default home page to go back to normal.

Can anyone help me with this?

If you’re just concerned about “-” only, you can use a SEO plugin to change the title.

It is good to have SEO plugin anyway.

Haha, that may be a solution…I AM mostly concerned about the “-” anyway…

Can you recommend a plugin that has this feature?

    Hey Patrick.

I would go with Yoast for your SEO plugin, and use the “Titles & Metas” section to rewrite the title of your homepage. Easy fix. ??
