Earlier today I was able to upload an image just fine into my folder/album. Later today I attempted to upload another image and it fails after numerous attempts. It goes though the upload process showing the green progress bar and appears to complete. It then returns a “Fatal Error” message that disappears so fast I can’t read it all and unable to copy it to paste into this support request.
I later did the recent WP Photo Album Plus “Update” and I’m still getting no results uploading and the error message.
When I attempt to upload from the Admin section and I click on the “Choose File”, it comes back showing this path: C:\fakepath\top_valve_cap.png I’m wondering if the “\fakepath\” is what’s causing the problem? I have some of my site members reporting unable to load images as well.

Update: I attempted to upload in the Admin section using the “Single” image upload with same results as above. When I attempted to upload using the “Multiple” image upload and selected two images, they both uploaded okay. Thought maybe this would help with diagnosing the problem.

At the front end upload, you can de-activate the progression bar in Table IV-A1.2 ( see the changelog ).

Pls inspect the server error log. Probably you have an out of memory error. In that case, make your photos smaller in picture size before uploading.

Jacob, thank you for your response. I will de-activate the progress bar for now. Is there somewhere where I can set the restriction on maximum image sizes? That way I can limit my members to only upload smaller images.
    Thanks, boy1der
