• Okay, so here is the website I am currently working on for a client, and I am using WooCommerce for their shopping cart: https://staging.after9studios.com/thetanningcompany/shop

My deadline is approaching pretty quickly and I am still at a loss as to why this issue is still going on.

For some reason my products on the shop page are full width and my sidebar widgets are appearing underneath them which leaves a HUGE white blank area. The widgets seem to be spanning the full width of the page for some reason? What is wrong? I’ve uninstalled the theme, reinstalled it, as well as the woocommerce cart plugin, and nothing is working. The Sidebar continues to be placed underneath the products, rather than to their side as it should be.

I need the page to have 3 columns of products with about 6 to 9 products on the shop page, and the sidebar with woocommerce widgets to the left of them. Please help! It will be GREATLY appreciated!!

Also, as a side note this is not a “woocommerce” theme, but rather the plugin used from the wordpress plugin directory to setup the woocommerce shop with the WordPress theme I am using. There is no support for this theme I am using either, which is why I have come here, again the help provided from anyone here will be GREATLY appreciated!

  • Your theme not seems to have necessary css rules defines width of the container or sidebar. Make sure you are not missing any files.

your theme may not be woocommerce compatible. search the woocommerce support docs or google woocommerce theme compatibility for more info and what to do to make it work.

    Jack,
The theme was just a theme in wordpress like i said, it doesn’t come with woocommerce, so i could still make it compatible though right? using this possibly? I just found this today… https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/

again anyone who has info that can help resolve this issue I really want to thank you ahead of time!
