How to re-adjust links after site hacked

  • Hi everyone,

    Today while visiting my site (https://www.chicagofoundersstories.com/) I noticed that the links in the top navigation seem to have been hacked. If you try to click the links upon loading the screen they take you off-site to these spam websites (namely thetarpit.com and jessenia.org). However, if you scroll down just the tiniest bit then they’ll reflect their actual links.

    Any idea what the spammer did and how I can make the site go back to its original self?
