Create a multi-page complex quiz – possible?

Hey there,

I’ve been searching for a way to do this for 2 weeks now, and out of 10 plugins I’ve tried, none of them can achieve the functionality I need. I’m almost convinced this is not even possible in WordPress.

What I need:
A multi page quiz which shows the user a text scenario, and then asks them 4 multi-choice questions related to that scenario, so they have to answer 4 multi-choice questions per scenario, and there will be 10 scenarios – so 10 pages of this. This sounds easy, but literally none of the plugins I’ve used let you have several multi-choice questions that relate to a scenario, and also allow you to have multiple pages of this. To complicate this, I need to show breadcrumbs/progress bar, and also save the users answers to the database after each scenario, so there will be 10 saves in total.

This is for an assignment, not a paying client, so I cant justify spending $200 on Gravity, Formidable, or Ninja. I would probably spend $50 of my own money to solve this problem, but none of the plugins I’ve found are this cheap.

Is this actually possible, or is it out of my $50 budget?
