Search for a plugin to generate page content

Hello, I’m looking for a specific type of plugin and I hope somebody can point me to one.

I want to do the following. For example, I have a page containing a list of shops. Each shop has some attributes (name, location, price range). I want to be able to manage this list of shops from the WordPress administration in a simple way – not to edit the page itself, but to add/edit/remove shops in some module based on the predefined criteria (text fields for the name and location, drop-down menu for the prioce range) which each shop must possess.

Is there a plugin that might do that? I’ve been checking a lot of “page content generators” or “page generators” but the results are quite different… mostly related to the visual layout of the page. I need a tool to input the data.
