How to build grid in Gravity Forms?

  • We’re trying to build a grid in Gravity Forms that has 4 columns where the 1st is a Year drop-down (from 2014-2018), and the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th are input text fields, and then multiple rows of that, however it doesn’t look possible and their support requires emailing them and I don’t have access to the purchaser email (or the owner hasn’t emailed them or gotten a reply yet).

    Can anyone advise on this? I’ve tried multiple solutions and nothing yet is working. Right now I’m having to create all of the fields successively but I’m not sure how to format the CSS and labeling to look right:

    Year Field1 Field2 Field3
    2014-2018 _____ _____ _____
    2014-2018 _____ _____ _____
    2014-2018 _____ _____ _____
    2014-2018 _____ _____ _____
    2014-2018 _____ _____ _____

    Is this even possible?
