Plugin not catching contacts

    Hi – I just installed your plugin and it doesn’t seem to be working correctly yet. I did a couple of test forms and they are not showing up under “Contacts”. I did get an email saying that there was a form submission, but when I click on “View Contact Record” it shows up blank with Dec 31, 1969 as the date for both first and last visit. Any idea what I can do to make it work? The website I have it installed on is https://www.welshco.com.

  • Hi there –

    After taking a quick look at my Javascript console on your site it seems like the admin-ajax.php file isn’t loading correctly. Do you have another plugin that is throwing an internal PHP error that could be breaking Leadin?

    The other issue that might have happened is it’s possible that Leadin didn’t create the necessary MySQL tables during the initial install. Can you check your MySQL database to see if the following tables exist:

    li_leads
    li_pageviews
    li_submissions
    li_tags
    li_tag_relationships
