When running the script in anything but the “Normal” setting on a https installation of WordPress, the page shows as being partially insecure and won’t load the plugin without allowing “insecure content” which is troubling for readers of my site.

This is because of the use of “http” instead of “https” when linking to disqus.com for js files. “https” works when I load it in a browser, it’s just not used in the plugin. Is there a way you could have a toggle that would allow switching between the “http” and “https” for those who want “https”?

    Example from the Javascript console:

“The page was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from ‘https://a.disquscdn.com/embed.js’: this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.”

Odd though, this only became an issue with the latest update.

    Thank you.
