INCORRECT USER ID SPECIFIED (worked and suddenly didn't)

This is a strange one. I get an error that says “INCORRECT USER ID SPECIFIED” and what is weird is that it happened all of a sudden. I had setup the plugin just fine with the exact same user ID and all was working pretty flawlessly. I logged in to my admin to work on the site and noticed there was this error. I checked IG to make sure someone hand;t changed the setting on the plugin and nope. NOTHING changed but this plugin stopped working.
The error above the simple error says the following:
