    Sounds like something’s definitely up. I’m not able to view your site at the link you provided, I am redirected to a page which says:

    Are you able to send me another link so that I can see the problem first hand? Are you also able to go to the plugin’s Settings page, click on the Support tab and tell me your System Info? Feel free to send this to me privately using the Support form on our website if you’d prefer.

    Hey, thanks for getting back to me. We had to go live today, so I disabled the plugin. I’m waiting for the hosting provider to give me a new staging site, where we can break things all we want without an issue. I’ll let you know when that’s back up. Thanks again for being responsive. I appreciate it.
