• Hello recently updated wordpress and woocommerce store for client.

    Something has broken the site. Apparently it is NOT a theme issue according to their support.

    Store worked perfectly fine before and now everything shows except for the single product pages in the store and the pricing in the store.

    *I can edit the single page content in the admin area, the urls are there, yet when you try to view them the shows a BLANK WHITE pages???

    If I add a new product to the store and try to view it I get the same result-a blank white page.

    **This all just seemed to happen with the latest woocommerce upgrade-theme provider says there doesn’t appear to be any issues with the them because problem still happens using 2014 wordpress theme…

    PLEASE HELP…I need to fix this..doesn’t make sense..

    Typically issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. Try temporarily switching back to a WordPress default theme and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable plugins until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    You might also want to check on the permalinks. Go to Settings > Permalinks and make sure they are set to anything but default.

    I cannot remember fully how I resolved the issue as that was 8months ago. I believe it was some conflicting updates with the theme and woocommerce.

    I believe some duplicate files..can’t fully remember.

    System status in woocommerce usually gives some good tips..and I believe the theme I was using for my client had some sort of system staus checker as well.

    WPDebug mode will usually show you if there are problems.

    I really do not fully remember-but I do think it was an update issue between woocommerce and the theme.

    If your theme has good support you could try contacting them as well and describing your problem.
