Edin > Post Title Quantity Per Page & Order Issues

  • ~ 1 i would like to show a long list of posts ( 20 to 40 )…

    … i can set a number in the “Blog pages show at most ___ posts” section, however, this seems to do nothing to change the number of post titles that will actually show on a page… suggestions ?

    ~ 2 i would also like to be able to control which pages show the post list and which pages do not show the post list. right now this seems global, and i do NOT want to show the post list on every page… suggestions ?

    ~ 3 on this project i would also like to show the posts in reverse order ( oldest on top )…

    >>> somewhere i read that this was configurable by selecting a “classic” style, but the only thing that i can find with that taxonomy relates to menu style… suggestions ?

    Update:

    1) can be resolved by following this path => Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar ( or other widget location ) > Recent Posts > Edit

    enables both the number of visible post links, as well as the “Title” to be changed, so that “Recent Posts” can be customized to something of your choice.
