Put a widget on a single page?

    I have searched and searched for this but everything keeps suggesting plugin. I would try the plugin but non are 4.0 compatible.
    WP has the option to display a widget on select pages and then it asks for the page name.
    What is the correct format for the “Page Name”
    Thanks for any help.
