• I’ve had a really weird problem ever since installing WordPress SEO, and I’m hoping someone can help. I installed WordPress SEO yesterday, and about a hour later when I went to look at my site, I noticed that none of the featured images on my homepage were showing up, they were all broken images.

At first I assumed it was an issue with my host (Media Temple – Managed Wordress Hosting), as I couldn’t even access the images directly (eg. https://www.guysgab.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/CMUK-RomaRossa.jpg).

So I waited a bit, and when that didn’t work, I deactivated WordPress SEO on a whim. The images suddenly started working again! I reactivated the plugin and everything seemed fine, so I chalked it up to a coincidence.

But the same thing happened again this morning, and again after deactivating and reactivating the plugin, the images came back up.

I have no idea why this would be happening, as there really is nothing in the settings that has to do with images as far as I can tell.

    Any thoughts?

This is still happening to me (on another one of our sites, no less), and I can’t understand what’s going on. I uploaded a new image for one of my posts, but no matter what I did, the image wouldn’t display, even if I directly tried accessing it by it’s URL.

I eventually FTP’d into my account, renamed the file, and then I was able to access it, which made no sense. But if I renamed it back to the original file name, no dice.

As soon as I deactivated WordPress SEO, the file was accessible. Please help, I really like this plugin and would hate to get rid of it because of this issue. Thanks!
