Conflicts galore with theme

I have been experiencing a number of conflicts with my premium theme and can’t find a fix.
– Watermarks not working
– If I show Tags via widgets each tag will direct to a page https://mysite.com/ngg_tag/2012-2013/ but page shows no photos.
– Tags gallery won’t work.All the above work IF I use a basic WP theme. Not mine though.
I’m using the theme Valenti 3.2. https://valenti.cubellthemes.com
I tried this fix https://detechdev.com/blog/fix-nextgen-gallery-2-0-conflicts but to no avail. Besides, the code is different now.
