• I have a full https site with the WF cache options set to cache https pages. Wordfence is caching the pages (and excluding Woocommerce basket, checkout etc correctly) but as far as I can tell the cached version of a page is not being used.

I’ve refreshed pages numerous times, cleared caches, checked via the hidemyass proxy and still no message appears in the html to confirm the page is a cached version.

My htaccess only contains rules from Wordfence, the usual WP rewrites, plus a bit for web fonts and to force IE to use its latest version. There’s nothing I can see that would cause a conflict.

I’ve no other caching or security plugins. Any idea what could be the problem here?

Thanks in advance for your help.

  • I have not tried the caching yet on my site, waiting for answers, I want to get the full premium package if it does work

But if they don’t answer I’m looking at a CDN package that has added security as standard, just not cloudflare as it completely messed up my site and I had to employ someone to get it back to normal.

That’s why I don’t want to employ caching until I know it works properly.

Sites with full SSL will be the norm soon because of hacks to front pages etc.

@jons I didn’t see this ticket originally for some reason, thus the confusion on the other thread. I’ll get bacik to you when I get my answer later today about the ssl caching.
