wordpress pages in supplemental result

I have a little blog with 3 article, and this 3 article are in the supplental results on google…why ? I have indexed the pages of the 2 categories…is possible my pages are in the supplemental result for duplicate content ? The test is original but is possible google find the same entries in the category page and in the single page so it put my pages in supplemental results ?
