    I have Premier and have blocked all countries except the US and UK for the login page.

    In the “IPs That Are locked out of Login” I see:

    Turkey Mugla, Turkey

    Reason: Exceeded the maximum number of login failures which is: 3. The last username they tried to sign in with was: ”

    IP: 79.177.16.219 [unlock]
    Reason: Exceeded the maximum number of login failures which is: 3. The last username they tried to sign in with was: ”

    Italy Bergamo, Italy
    IP: 82.56.13.192 [unlock]

    1) Why were these countries not blocked?
    2) Why was the attempted username not recorded?

    I haven’t personally seen this issue, though I have seen users who reported someone trying to login with the username “” (the “” was actually the name they tried).

    Ill ask for more clarification on the dev call today.

    Any updates? I’m more concerned with the fact that I paid for Premium to block countries and that feature is not working. I really need a resolution or a refund.

    Actually, if you are a premium member you should be posting this at https://support.wordfence.com. Open the ticket there for priority support.
