Can't Scroll down

Hello,
I installed the RTMedia plugin. I’d already installed the BuddyPress plugin and that worked well. The RtMedia plugin work also fine, but it is disabling the scroll function of the webpage where the plugin is used.
Can anyone please tell me how I can fix the problem?
