Unable to install v2.1.9 after installing v1.4.5

Hi all,

For testing purpose, I installed a local copy of my WordPress website running Hueman v1.4.5 on a Wamp local server (under MS Windows).

I uninstalled the v1.4.5 of the theme, all plugins, then installed the v2.1.9 freshly downloaded from Alexander website. But after refreshing the homepage, it was full of errors!
