    This is my new wordpress blog [ redacted ], please suggest me how to improve design and is there nay way to get more visitor with plugin? ??

    The header looks very bad and the left side ads too, make sure change it to good theme.
    There is no plugin for getting traffic to your site, and use advertising systems.
