Defer parsing of JavaScript

Hello,
I’m very pleased of the difference that Quick Cache plugin made on some of my sites, but here – https://online-id.net – the speed performance is not getting better.
Google PageSpeed Insights says that I should “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content” and in GTmetrix the most important issue is “Defer parsing of JavaScript”
I’ve been searching a lot about how to defer parsing of JavaScript and how to render-blocking JavaScript, I’ve tried some of the suggested codes, but nothing changed with either of them.
I install and set Autoptimize plugin as an addition to the speed optimization, but consider fixing is still there and the loading seconds are still too much.
Do you know how to solve that Javascript speed performance issue?
