Pictorico Theme – Blog Home Page Make Post Title Always Visible

I am using the Pictorico theme and I have the home page set to display blog posts. I see on mobile and smaller screen sizes the blog post title is always visible, it does not slide out when you hover over blog post images.

How do I set it this way for all screen sizes? How do I disable the title hover slider, I want the blog post title to always be visible. I am already using a child theme and I’ve tried a handful of ideas but nothing that works.

BTW – I love this theme. Thank you for the contribution.
